REGULATORY DAY — @EFDevcon EDITION Over the past 15 months, we have been dedicated to advancing a robust regulatory innovation agenda through initiatives such as hosting Regulatory Roundtables Series, Regulation Days and regulatory proposals like the tokenization sandbox, alongside various legal workshops. On Nov 20, we’re opening the doors to a new edition of Regulation Day — our flagship forum for collaborative tech regulation and one of the key spaces driving real impact in Argentina’s regulatory landscape.

This year, we doubled down on ongoing collaboration beyond just Regulation Days — moving from conversation to action and results. Launched in June, the Regulatory Roundtable Series gathered 40+ leading public and private stakeholders to deepen cooperation on regulatory challenges. These sessions create a structured space for institutions, regulators, and industry leaders to align, share perspectives, and co-develop concrete pathways for emerging tech regulation.

Since 2024, from all public-private articulations, events and series, Crecimiento has contributed to Argentina’s regulatory innovation agenda collaborating with key institutions and ecosystem actors. We made the first regulatory proposal for a Multiagency Sandbox next to Cámara Argentina Fintech (CAF), and also participated in the public consultation processes for Argentina's first tokenization sandbox. Our contributions included suggestions and proposals aiming to help the framework for tokenization of financial instruments and Real World Assets (RWAs).

Across our work with ecosystem actors, regulators, and institutions, one recurring need emerged: a more agile and modern framework to enable growth in the digital economy. From there, we propose a digital zone, our most ambitious proposal: a non-geographic, modular framework for the digital economy, company registration, and on-chain governance. We have shared this proposal with policymakers, legislators, and international experts to enrich the debate and explore how a Digital Zone could serve as a public good.
