Approaching one month as CEO of Sonic Labs. I’ve been meeting with teams, builders, community members, and partners across the ecosystem as part of a comprehensive review of our strategy, structure, and growth priorities. Communication has slowed intentionally as we align on execution and long-term direction.
Our focus is on the fundamentals: sound economics, strong partnerships, and real on-chain value creation and capture.
The next phase will be defined by focus, alignment, and consistent execution, supported by clear communication and measurable progress on the metrics that matter. We’re growing real on-chain activity, expanding our ecosystem of builders, and forging institutional partnerships that accelerate adoption.
