Approaching one month as CEO of Sonic Labs. I’ve been meeting with teams, builders, community members, and partners across the ecosystem as part of a comprehensive review of our strategy, structure, and growth priorities. Communication has slowed intentionally as we align on execution and long-term direction. Our focus is on the fundamentals: sound economics, strong partnerships, and real on-chain value creation and capture. The next phase will be defined by focus, alignment, and consistent execution, supported by clear communication and measurable progress on the metrics that matter.
