We are integrating Autonoma Robot Registry Powered by 8004, a decentralized identity layer that allows anyone to register, discover and interact with autonomous robots onchain. We’re building this registry by integrating the 8004 agent registry standard, originally designed for AI agents. How It Works: ~ Robot Identity Layer (8004 integration) Each robot gets a unique onchain identity linked to a wallet, this wallet acts as both the robot’s ID and payment endpoint enabling it to send, receive or hold funds autonomously. ~ Payment Layer (x402 Integration) Robots use x402 to handle on demand payments, when a robot requests access to a service (say, compute, navigation API or drone corridor) it gets a 402 Payment Required response, it then pays automatically (in USDC or ATNM) retries and gains access without human or manual authorization. ~ Execution Layer Robots perform tasks and receive payments via x402 when they complete them, the entire economy becomes autonomous and programmable, robots earning and paying each other, all transparently onchain. By integrating x402 (the payment protocol for agents) and 8004 (the registry standard for onchain AI identities) we are creating the missing link between digital intelligence and automation. This fusion allows robots to exist, transact and coordinate autonomously, registering their identity through 8004 and settling payments instantly via x402.
