From Day 1 of @AntlerIndia, we’ve wanted to be a platform that’s “approachable yet thoughtful”.
This ethos allowed us to try some fresh ideas (Residency, college founder Fellowships, Before Day Zero). It guided us to build some knowledge in public (dozens of FounderSpeak chats, to Theory of Next & Next 100 ideas, to the ONDC and Build for Bharat initiatives, etc.)
And it also reminded us to have fun and not take ourselves too seriously as VCs. Founders create all the magic.
We got lucky in finding Anshul, who lives this same ethos. His infectious positive energy, humour and creativity are matched by a deep understanding of what it is like to be a founder.
The first step is listening - so Anshul will be out meeting tons of founders (@AntlerGlobal backed or not), so please do reach out to him with thoughts on how we can do better.

We have built brand Antler over the last 4 years as a top destination for founders, LPs, VCs, and the ecosystem to partner with. We have created many new properties such as Next 100, Before Day Zero Community, Build on ONDC, hosted many unicorn founders, 100s of useful events for the ecosystem at large, and partnered with our portfolio strongly.
The mandate to take this to the next level needs someone who can come and elevate this experience by being truly founder first - who better than someone who has been a founder, a head of Marketing at startups and has an agency experience!
A short bit on Anshul's background - With 12+ years across consumer, SaaS and tech, Anshul has led marketing, partnerships and growth mandates at McDonald’s India, ABInBev, and Sportskeeda, and in his stints with prominent media agencies partnered on campaigns for Marico, Mondelez, and Pepsi. His last stint was as co-founder at Snipe - a gamification products venture - thus giving him a practical, day-zero perspective that aligns well with our goal to better understand, and keep adding value to superlative founders. He is also an active community builder, having built many strong networks and events for ecosystem partners.
At Antler India, Anshul will focus on content, community & events —and on building a solid marketing practice that compounds consistent narratives, strong founder outreach and a great ecosystem experience.
He’s now looking to connect with exceptional founders building in India to explore how we can work closely to support your journey, from first experiments to category leadership. If you’re building something ambitious, you’ll probably hear from him soon on how Antler should help.
