This week starts the official beginning of the Stacks Endowment. With the approval of SIP-031, our charter is to manage and grow the long term treasury of @Stacks.
This week, we made our first deployment into @VelarBTC based on community feedback.
Like a true DeFi degen, we took out loans against the treasury through @ZestProtocol to acquire the necessary assets to add liquidity to Velar Perps. We’re bullish on activating the flywheel economy in our ecosystem.
In the very near future, you'll see us actively funding Grants, providing liquidity, fueling key integrations, and deploying capital in the Stacks DeFi ecosystem, all in partnership with the Treasury Committee and other key contributors.
