I pay a very nice and professional person here in Portugal $35 for about three to four hours of work per day to come to my home and help with household chores. They don’t come every day, but if they did, the total would amount to $1,050 monthly for their services.
I’m just trying to say that if Neo works as promised, capitalism will never be the same again. This type of product or service will only get cheaper over time. Next, they’ll come for plumbers, cooks, and so on.
Let’s start praying that our politicians grasp the seriousness of the tipping point we’re living through and begin considering ways to implement UBI or something similar.
BTW, I’ll keep hiring a human for this. I'll happily pay the "human premium". I really don’t like the idea of a corporation having full access to my home.
