BETH & OKSOL Fast Redemption Limit Adjustment

Dear OKX Users,

To enhance our fast redemption service, OKX will adjust the daily fast redemption limits for BETH (ETH Liquid Staking) and OKSOL (SOL Liquid Staking) products effective from 27 Apr 2026. This update is designed to optimize the allocation efficiency of the fast redemption pool, ensuring more users can successfully access the fast redemption feature.

Key Changes

Daily fast redemption limits will be adjusted from a flat cap to a tiered structure based on account level. The updated limits are as follows:

BETH (ETH Liquid Staking) Daily Fast Redemption Limits
• Regular Users: 5 BETH / day
• VIP1: 50 BETH / day
• VIP2: 70 BETH / day
• VIP3 and above: 100 BETH / day

OKSOL (SOL Liquid Staking) Daily Fast Redemption Limits
• Regular Users: 50 OKSOL / day
• VIP1: 500 OKSOL / day
• VIP2: 800 OKSOL / day
• VIP3 and above: 1,000 OKSOL / day

Important Notes

1. Quota Scope: The above limits represent daily fast redemption caps. Your master account and all its sub-accounts share the same limit. Daily limit reset at UTC 01:00.

2. Available Limit Calculation: Platform fast redemption daily limits still apply. Your actual available fast redemption quota is the lesser of your personal limit and the remaining platform fast redemption limit. When the platform fast redemption pool is running low, your available quota may be lower than your personal limit.

3. BETH and OKSOL limits are independent: BETH and OKSOL daily fast redemption limits are calculated separately and do not affect each other.

4. Standard Redemption Unaffected: This adjustment applies only to fast redemption limits. Standard redemption (which requires waiting for the unstaking period) remains unaffected and has no limit.

5. Check Your VIP Level: You can view your current VIP level and corresponding fast redemption limit on the redemption page in the OKX App or Web.

Q1: What is my fast redemption limit?
A1: Your daily fast redemption limit depends on your account level (Regular / VIP1 / VIP2 / VIP3+). Please refer to the limit table above, or check directly on the redemption page in the App or Web.

Q2: Do my sub-accounts have separate limits?
A2: No. Your master account and all sub-accounts share the same daily fast redemption limit. For example, if your master account has already redeemed 3 BETH, your sub-accounts’ remaining quota for that day will be your master account’s personal limit minus 3 BETH.

Q3: What happens when my fast redemption limit is used up?
A3: You can still redeem your BETH/OKSOL via standard redemption, which has no quota limit but requires waiting for the unstaking period. Alternatively, you can exit instantly through the BETH/ETH or OKSOL/SOL spot trading pair, which may not result in a 1:1 return. Trading fees apply.
