When many people talk about #索拉拉, they haven't even figured out how this girl came to be.
The image of 索拉拉 actually originated from an original IP created by the foreign KOL Mubo during a Chinese naming campaign organized by Solana in collaboration with Trends.
The inspiration came from a tweet by Lily Liu, the chair of the Solana Foundation—she directly changed her long-used avatar to 索拉拉 and gave her a definition:
"The embodiment of the Solana Builder spirit."
Subsequently, the official Solana account and Toly himself also recognized and officially designated "索拉拉 (Solara)" as the Chinese name for Solana.
So what you see now is:
Officially certified Chinese name + narrative empowered by the foundation chair + the first original Chinese IP on Sol.
In summary:
索拉拉 is not a "hype-driven derivative creation"; she is the Chinese embodiment of the Solana spirit.
