If you encounter situations such as name changes or expired identification documents that require updating your account's identity verification information, please follow the steps below.

How do I update my personal information?

1. Before updating, you need to prepare your valid identification document.

2. Update your information in your Profile section using either of the following paths:

On the App:

  • Go to Menu > Select Profile and settings > Profile

  • Select Identity verification > Edit info > Continue

  • Confirm where you live and select Next

  • Read the key information and select Next

  • Follow the screen instructions to upload your identification document and complete facial recognition as prompted on the page

On the Web:

  • Go to your profile in the upper right corner of the page > Select Profile

  • Go to Status under Identitity verification, select View details > Edit info > Continue

  • Confirm where you live and select Next

  • Read the key information and select Continue

  • Follow the screen instructions to upload your identification document and complete facial recognition as prompted on the page

3. Important Note:

  • You can only update your account's identity verification information once every 180 days, and only twice a year.

  • The information submitted for this update must be that of the account holder and must match the original verified identity to ensure that it is the account holder making the operation.

Why can't I find the update function to update my identity information?

Possible reasons:

  • You need to complete identity verification to see the update function

  • This function may not be available in your account's location

  • You have used this function within the past 180 days and haven't yet met the requirements to update again

  • Your account status is abnormal, or this function is not yet available to you

  1. Please use your valid ID card to take a photo, ensuring the photo is clear and complete

  2. Please ensure you operate in an environment with soft lighting and a stable network connection, avoiding strong light or dim lighting

  3. When performing facial recognition, please face the camera directly and follow the prompts to complete the actions

  4. Information updates are only applicable in cases where your ID card has expired, your name has changed, etc. If you change your identity verification information, the operation may fail.

How long does it take for the update to take effect?

Normally, the system needs a short review time. We suggest you wait patiently, and you can check the results on the Identity verification page later.

What if I have used up my update attempts, but my information has changed?

If you have already used up your two update opportunities for this year and have an urgent special situation requiring information modification, we suggest you contact Customer Support directly for assistance.
