How do I manage my copied trades?
How do I view and manage copy trading?
Copy traders can view their copy trades by following the steps below.
On the App, select Trade > Bots & Copy
Select My copies/ My bots / Bot signals > Choose My copies
Select Manage, you can adjust the copy settings for new positions from that trader, or select Stop copying icon to stop the copy trade.
Note:
Any changes to copy trading parameters will only affect new copy trades opened after the modification. Existing copy trades already open won't be affected.
To modify the copy trading leverage multiplier, you'll need to go to the Futures trading page to make the adjustment.
You can view the following types of information on the page as below:
My traders: view details of traders that you have copied, make adjustments that you have set before as you preferred. They're placed in the Spot and Futures sub-section.
Toggle between Spot and Futures to view your copied trade
Ongoing: View all ongoing open positions and orders.
View your active trade that you've copied under the Ongoing section
History: View the details of all copied positions which have closed.
View your past trade that you've copied under the History section
Why did my copy trade fail?
If your copy trading order failed, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
The lead trader has exited lead trading or had their lead trading permissions revoked
The lead trader has reached their maximum lead trade order limit
Insufficient available crypto in your trading account
Closing positions scenarios
Position manually closed by the copy trader
You can manually close positions under Copy trading > My trades
Note: within Details and Summary under My trades, only close all positions in market price is supported.
Alternatively, you can close positions under Futures trading > Open positions.
Closing positions by following the lead trader
When the lead trader closes a position, the corresponding copy trading position of the copy trader will be automatically closed.
Take-Profit / Stop-Loss triggered
If you have set take-profit or stop-loss parameters in your copy trading settings, the corresponding copy trading position will be automatically closed when the take-profit or stop-loss is triggered.
Forced Liquidation
If a copy trader is liquidated during the copy trading process, all corresponding copy trading positions will be closed automatically.
